Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mekanim.app,
partner.mekanim.app, and the Mekanım Partner mobile app,
all operated by Mekanım (“we”). We provide businesses with a digital menu and management panel service.
Data we collect
- Account information: When you sign in to the management panel with your account,
your sign-in provider tells us your email address. We use this address only to determine which business's
panel you can access. We never see or store your password.
- Business content: The products, categories, images, descriptions, prices, and
settings you enter into the panel.
- Order information: If the store module is on, the customer's name, phone number,
delivery address, and billing details (if any) provided for the order.
- Usage data: Page visit counts. This data is kept as a daily total and is not
linked to visitor identity.
- Notification permission: If you allow notifications, your device's notification identifier.
What we use data for
- To provide secure sign-in to the management panel and maintain your session.
- To show your menu and store content to your customers.
- To relay orders to you and send order status notifications.
- To monitor that the service stays up and running, and to fix errors.
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Services we use
- Firebase Authentication — signing in with your account.
- Google Cloud Platform — server and database hosting.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — sending notifications.
- Payment and shipping providers — for businesses using the store module only;
the information needed to complete the order is shared with them.
Retention period
Your business content and order records are kept for as long as you use the service. When you
request that your account be closed, your data is deleted within a reasonable time. Records subject
to a legal retention obligation (for example, billing information) are kept for the period required
by the applicable law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Session cookies are set as HttpOnly and cannot be
read by code in the browser. Keys belonging to payment and shipping providers are stored encrypted
on the server.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to access your data and
request that it be corrected, deleted, or that its processing be restricted. You can email
info@mekanim.app with your requests.
Children's privacy
Our service is intended for business owners, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone
under the age of 13.
Changes
If this policy is updated, the “last updated” date on this page will change. For significant
changes, we'll notify you in the panel.

Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgisi: Yönetim paneline hesabınızla giriş yaptığınızda giriş sağlayıcınız bize
e-posta adresinizi bildirir. Bu adresi yalnızca hangi işletmenin paneline erişebileceğinizi belirlemek için kullanırız.
Şifrenizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
- İşletme içeriği: Panele girdiğiniz ürünler, kategoriler, görseller, açıklamalar,
fiyatlar ve ayarlar.
- Sipariş bilgileri: Mağaza modülü açıksa müşterinin sipariş için verdiği ad, telefon,
teslimat adresi ve varsa fatura bilgileri.
- Kullanım verisi: Sayfa ziyaret sayıları. Bu veri günlük toplam olarak tutulur,
ziyaretçi kimliğiyle ilişkilendirilmez.
- Bildirim izni: Bildirimlere izin verirseniz cihazınıza ait bildirim kimliği.
Verileri ne için kullanıyoruz
- Yönetim paneline güvenli giriş sağlamak ve oturumunuzu sürdürmek.
- Menü ve mağaza içeriğinizi müşterilerinize göstermek.
- Siparişleri size iletmek ve sipariş durumu bildirimleri göndermek.
- Hizmetin çalışır durumda kalmasını izlemek ve hataları gidermek.
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla kullanmıyor, satmıyor ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.
Kullandığımız hizmetler
- Firebase Authentication — hesabınızla giriş.
- Google Cloud Platform — sunucu ve veritabanı barındırma.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — bildirim gönderimi.
- Ödeme ve kargo sağlayıcıları — yalnızca mağaza modülünü kullanan işletmeler için,
siparişin tamamlanması amacıyla gerekli bilgiler aktarılır.
Saklama süresi
İşletme içeriğiniz ve sipariş kayıtları, hizmeti kullandığınız sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın kapatılmasını
talep ettiğinizde verileriniz makul bir süre içinde silinir. Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar
(örneğin fatura bilgileri) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca tutulur.
Güvenlik
Tüm trafik HTTPS üzerinden şifrelenir. Oturum çerezleri HttpOnly olarak ayarlanır ve tarayıcıdaki
kodla okunamaz. Ödeme ve kargo sağlayıcılarına ait anahtarlar sunucuda şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır.
Haklarınız
KVKK kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını
isteme hakkınız vardır. Talepleriniz için

Çocukların gizliliği
Hizmetimiz işletme sahiplerine yöneliktir ve 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden bilerek veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değişir. Önemli değişikliklerde
panelde bilgilendirme yaparız.
